Cuba Video Production
Cuba is perfect for videographers looking to capture images that you won’t see anywhere else in the world. Cuba is a hubbub of diversity: there is a blend of cultures and customs throughout the island. The island is the largest in the Caribbean with more than 11 million residents—so there’s plenty to see and do. Bring lots of film for your Cuba video productions because you will have the camera running continuously during your shoot.
90 Seconds Video was easy to work with and went above and beyond when we had some additional changes. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for video projects.Sam ErdheimVP of Marketing, Fidelis Cybersecurity

This area is considered the historic center of Cuba’s most bustling areas, Trinidad. The plaza has the distinction of being labeled an UNESCO World Heritage site back in the 1980s. The buildings are unique in the square: they were home to wealthy landowners back in the 18th and 19th century at the height of the sugar trade. Many of the original buildings are still in tact with some being transformed into museums.
Old Havana may have a reputation as a tourist trap, but it is worth the trip to shoot the newly restored buildings and walkways. The Havana Cathedral is a perfect backdrop for historic Spanish productions. The locals dress the part and many women are outfitted in white dresses smoking huge Cuban cigars. Due to the economic climate, any locals appearing in your Cuba video productions are likely to expect payment.
This 140-acre cemetery is also found in Havana and can be added on your list of stops. Memorials are immense with beautiful architecture on the grounds. There is a blend of styles found throughout the property—while shooting video for your Cuba movie, you will come across replicas of Egyptian pyramids, medieval castles, ancient Roman temples, and Spanish chapels.
El Nicho Waterfalls
Nature videographers should take the hike out to El Nicho Waterfalls in Cienfuegos. There are natural caves found on the grounds along with flora and fauna indigenous to the area. Keep in mind the roads to the waterfalls are treacherous and can only be reached by an off-road vehicle.
Plaza de la Revolución
This square is one of the largest of its kind in the world. The square’s claim to fame is it was home to many of the country’s political rallies under the Castro administration. Steel memorials of the country’s bygone heroes are found within the Plaza de la Revolución. The square is part of the country‘s Vedado district.
